My approach is relational, emotionally focused, and grounded in evidence based therapy. I integrate emotion focused therapy, attachment based work, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help you understand what is happening emotionally and shift the patterns that are keeping you stuck.

That means we will not just talk about what is happening in your life. We will explore what is happening inside of you.

Together, we will slow things down and look at:

  2. The beliefs you carry about being a good mom or a good woman

  3. The nervous system responses driving anxiety, shutdown, or irritability

  4. The emotional needs you have learned to ignore

  5. The parts of you that are tired of performing and ready to feel safe again

My Approach to Therapy

All sessions are offered through telehealth, meaning we meet virtually through a secure online platform. You can attend therapy from home, your office, or wherever you feel comfortable.

Virtual therapy is a great fit for women who want support but also have real life responsibilities like motherhood, work, or a full schedule. It removes the extra stress of commuting, arranging childcare, or trying to squeeze in one more thing.

Telehealth therapy is also highly effective. Many clients feel more at ease opening up when they are in their own space.

To receive virtual therapy, you must be physically located in California at the time of each session.
