Individual Therapy for Millennial Moms Who Are Tired Of Holding It All Together.
You don’t need to be “more resilient.”
You don’t need another coping skill.
You need space to slow down, feel safe, and finally understand what’s happening underneath the overwhelm.
Virtual therapy for California residents.
Virtual Therapy for Millennial Women in CA
If you are the one who holds it all together, this space is for you.
Many of the women I work with are not in crisis. They are functioning. They are responsible. They are the ones everyone counts on. But internally, they feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, and like they are carrying too much for too long.
You might feel anxious for no clear reason. You might feel overstimulated and irritable, then guilty for snapping. You might feel disconnected from yourself, your marriage, or even your kids, and you cannot fully explain why. You might keep thinking, “I should be able to handle this,” but you are realizing that something needs to change.
Therapy is not about fixing you. It is about helping you understand what is happening beneath the surface so you can stop surviving your life and start feeling present in it again.
I specialize in working with millennial women, especially mothers, who feel:
Overwhelmed and emotionally drained
Anxious and constantly overthinking
Burned out but still high functioning
Stuck in people pleasing or over responsibility
Disconnected from themselves and unsure why
Like they are carrying the emotional load alone
Most of my clients have been the strong one for a long time. Therapy becomes the place where they finally get to exhale.
Who I Work With:
My approach is relational, emotionally focused, and grounded in evidence based therapy. I integrate emotion focused therapy, attachment based work, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help you understand what is happening emotionally and shift the patterns that are keeping you stuck.
That means we will not just talk about what is happening in your life. We will explore what is happening inside of you.
Together, we will slow things down and look at:
The patterns you fall into when you feel overwhelmed
The beliefs you carry about being a good mom or a good woman
The nervous system responses driving anxiety, shutdown, or irritability
The emotional needs you have learned to ignore
The parts of you that are tired of performing and ready to feel safe again
This work is supportive, compassionate, and real. You will feel validated, but you will also gain tools and insight that create real change.
My Approach to Therapy
All sessions are offered through telehealth, meaning we meet virtually through a secure online platform. You can attend therapy from home, your office, or wherever you feel comfortable.
Virtual therapy is a great fit for women who want support but also have real life responsibilities like motherhood, work, or a full schedule. It removes the extra stress of commuting, arranging childcare, or trying to squeeze in one more thing.
Telehealth therapy is also highly effective. Many clients feel more at ease opening up when they are in their own space.
To receive virtual therapy, you must be physically located in California at the time of each session.
What Virtual Therapy Looks Like
Therapy can help you:
Feel calmer and more emotionally grounded
Reduce anxiety and mental overload
Set boundaries without guilt
Stop people pleasing and over functioning
Reconnect with your identity and needs
Improve communication in your relationships
Feel more present, playful, and connected at home
Most importantly, therapy helps you feel like yourself again. Not a version of you that is just managing, but a version of you that feels steady and emotionally supported.
