Morgan Vazquez,
LMFT
Hi, I’m Morgan. I’m a therapist—and a mom who understands this season.
My Approach
My work is grounded in emotion-focused and relational therapy. That means we don’t just talk about what’s happening in your life — we slow down enough to understand how it’s living in your body, your relationships, and your inner world.
Many of the women I work with have spent most of their lives being capable, responsible, and attuned to everyone else’s needs. Over time, that can show up as anxiety, burnout, resentment, or a quiet sense of disconnection from yourself.
In therapy, we move at a pace that feels safe. We get curious about patterns without judgment. We make space for the parts of you that learned to stay strong — while also creating room for rest, clarity, and self-trust.
I don’t believe you need to be fixed. I believe your nervous system has been doing its best to survive — and with the right support, things can begin to shift in a way that feels steady and sustainable.
My office
Therapy with me is fully virtual, which allows you to meet from a space that already feels familiar and safe to you — whether that’s your home, your car, or a quiet moment you’ve carved out in a busy day.
What matters most isn’t the physical room, but the sense of steadiness and presence we create together. This is a space where you don’t need to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have everything figured out before you arrive.
You get to show up as you are. We slow things down, take things one step at a time, and do the work in a way that fits your real life.
